As Marketing Coordinator at Kayo's Ramen Bar, I manage multiple social media platforms, organize strategic partnerships with local Portland brands, set up and execute email campaigns, and help identify and coordinate in person events for Kayo's to participate in and connect with the community.

Kayo's Ramen Bar partnered with Choi's Kimchi, a local Portland brand, to launch a limited time Kimchi Ramen and Fried Rice collaboration. I managed the process from initial outreach and relationship building all the way through to the final product launch and social media campaign surrounding it.

Veganizer Asian Event
As part of the 2026 Veganizer Asian Market, Kayo's Ramen Bar will be setting up a live tasting booth to introduce the brand to a wider Portland audience. I helped organize Kayo's participation from start to finish, contributing to local media outreach and helping create a community presence at the event.
Kayo's Ramen Bar is collaborating with Secret Aardvark Sauce, a local Portland brand, to launch a new menu item for the upcoming summer season. With the goal of driving traffic and building excitement during our slower months, I initiated the outreach and am currently coordinating the full summer launch from start to finish.

Kayo's Ramen Bar will be participating in PDX Taco Week, a citywide event celebrating the unique fusion tacos that Portland has to offer throughout the week. I initiated the initial outreach and am currently managing the full project and coordination of Kayo's involvement from start to finish.

As part of my role at Kayo's Ramen Bar, I help develop and manage a weekly email campaign for our growing email base, organizing a content calendar and brainstorming creative campaign ideas to keep our audience engaged and coming back.

Social Media
As Marketing Coordinator at Kayo's Ramen Bar, I run and manage all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn. From building out content calendars and creative briefs to managing Meta ad boosts, coordinating influencers, and tracking analytics, I handle everything that goes into keeping Kayo's social presence consistent, engaging, and growing.
